Industrial Noise Pollution Control, Jidong Cement Siping Branch
At the Siping branch of Jidong Cement Panshi Co., Ltd., four dust-collector fans on the roof of the packing and loading building, four more on the cement silo roofs, and the exhaust stacks all produced strong noise. It radiated to the plant boundary and pushed boundary levels above the limit. Acoustic enclosures and silencers brought the boundary within standard and clearly improved the local acoustic environment.
